Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Orders placed in the United States and Australia:
- Standard Shipping (12-15 days): FREE
Orders placed in Canada:
- Standard Shipping (15-20 days): FREE
Please note: These delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center used.
Import Charges: None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process after placement before being shipped out.
Tracking Your Order
When your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail.
If you're not home when delivery is attempted: A notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where your parcel can be collected.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to:
- Wrong or incorrect shipping address
- Absent receiver
- Customer refusal to collect the package
The package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred. These amounts will be deducted from the total order refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. For this reason, we always recommend having items delivered to a secure address.
